If you do not turn off the subscription 24 hours before the end of the period, it will automatically renew. You will also be charged for a renewal when your account is due for renewal. As soon as the purchase is confirmed, the payment will be charged to your iTunes account.
There will be a charge for the renewal of the account within 24 hours of the end of the current period, which will indicate the cost of the renewal.
