These rumours have been spreading online. However, will the mobile strategy game Clash of Clans be removed from the Google Play Store for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iPhones using the iOS operating system?

Clash of Clans Delisting: Is the app closing down on Android and iPhone?
There are currently no plans to take Clash of Clans off the iPhone (iOS) or Android platform in the year 2022. It is possible that the Clash of Clans application will continue to be playable on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets since it will not be withdrawn from the shops that support it.
Customers of Clash of Clans using older versions of the iOS and Android operating systems will no longer get support from the company. Users whose operating systems have a version of iOS or Android that is older than 11 or 5, will no longer be able to play Clash of Clans after the game’s next winter update.
This will take effect immediately after the update. The core gameplay component of Clash of Clans will not be taken down and will continue to function as usual.
Players on both mobile platforms have been told with regret by Supercell that this modification was made due to “technical issues beyond [their] control.” Supercell said that the reason for this adjustment was “technical problems beyond [their] control.”
The game was created by Supercell, which was the developer. This kind of behaviour is very common for mobile games that are still being played, despite the fact that it might be somewhat unsettling.
